Very nice hotel with very comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Also they gave our dog his own dog bed and bowl ans bag of sweets.

Hotel is conveniently located near Liseberg and the bus stop for airport. 5 minute walk into the city centre. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception staff very helpful.

Not sure how it is a 4 star hotel: The room is so small one can barely move. Shower gel was empty: had to use hand soap. Breakfast options are not suitable for people who avoid breads, except if one likes boxed liquid industrial eggs: I asked for fried eggs - staff refused. The restaurant’s food menu is poor and the the food itself is average at best. I would not stay there again.

Väldigt stökigt och mycket oväsen på hotellet. Tydligen någon fotbollscup och extremt mycket barn och ungdomar som förde oväsen på hela hotellet. Lekte i hissar och korridorer. Rummet hade en fin utsikt men dessvärre kändes golvet i rummet och badrummet smutsigt.
