Considering how old the property is, this Brownstone was clean and charming enough. Yes, it’s an old place with old ceilings, pipes etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep in mind it’s not a modern four star hotel. Anyone looking for a unique experience near Fenway Park should be happy. Great walking neighborhood with amazing homes surrounding. Coffee joints and restaurants within walking distance. The T is a few feet away. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old building. Charming, but difficult to navigate for older patrons or physically impaired. My bathtub was downright dangerous.

This property was very nice to go around Fenway area. The room is large and clean. Only one thing it can improve is the number and locations of electric outlets. There was no accessible outlet around the desk.

Beautiful older row house that has been made in to a bed and breakfast. Lots of character to the property and conveniently located near the hospital med centers and coolidge corner shopping and dining.

Just what we needed
We had a very nice big room in a brownstone with comfy beds. There were fresh croissants and muffins for breakfast. The location was perfect for our overnight stay.

It was a lovely antique inn and I really liked it! The floors creaked when I walked and the shower was a little weak, but I enjoyed that as well. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Boston. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the drinking water and tea bags ran out in the middle of the night.
