Arrived and theyd lost my booking, re eptiin staff was not gery helpful. Just stared at me and shrugged. I made him take a copy of my xonfirmation but he didnt seem bothered. Only when i contacted hotels.com and they got involved was there any movement. He finally found me andvthen regused me an early checkin despite my booking statescearkt check in as id landed at 4:30am. I was allowed to check in at 3pm. The hotel is nothing special, dated and early 90s. Things were broken here and there and it was all a bit shabby. Breakfast so so, again not that nice. Coffee yuk and a lot of meat yuk. Check out took forever as they are so slow. I wont be returning - avoid

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O café da manhã estava muito bom, a cama era confortável e o atendimento foi excepcional. Quero destacar especialmente o atendimento da funcionária HELLEN e da equipe do restaurante – todos sempre muito solícitos e atenciosos. Quem dera que todo hotel em que eu me hospedasse tivesse uma recepcionista como a HELLEN. Parabéns, HELLEN, pela recepção calorosa e impecável com que nos recebeu!

O hotel é bem localizado e a equipe de atendimento é educada e simpática, mas as instalações são muito antigas. Os quartos e banheiros tem mofo e cheiro forte insuportável, terrível para quem tem renite alérgica. Foi tentado mudar de quarto por 3 vezes, em todas as tentativas o estado era o mesmo, cheiro forte e mofo.

Hotel muito velho. Com móveis de madeira cheirando a mofo e bolor na parede do frigobar. A cama super dura. Sem isolamento entre banheiro e quarto, inclusive se ouve o uso do banheiro dos outros apartamentos que é bem alto, nos acordando durante a noite. Café da manhã razoável. Elevador em manutenção. A refrigeração do quarto é boa, bem com o blackout. Chuveiro bom, mas dentro de banheira. Não há ducha higiênica, ainda é bidé.
