Perfect location for Dusseldorf HBF just a 10 minute walk , stayed here before so knew it was a nice hotel. Room was ideal for us, staff were friendly and helpful, we used the luggage storage room for arriving early and after check out. Breakfast you have a decent choice and you won’t leave hungry. Happy to use this hotel again.

A very good stay. Unfortunately we had a broken kettle for the full stay of 10 nights. We informed reception who understood the problem, and it was never replaced or fixed in our entire stay. The cleaner was a friendly guy.

Overall a good stay, would like to see more English speaking entertainment channels, air conditioning wasn’t the best when in 29C heat, threw out luke warm air rather than cold air. Breakfast as usual was busy and difficult to find a seat on some days. This is the second time of staying here, this time shortage of cups at coffee station and fruit juice machines weren’t fully working with all the selections offered. I would stay again for the convenience it offers to local transport and surrounding bigger towns.

Overall the hotel was good. Very nearby the subway. However there was nothing in the area around there so no good options for food. Also our room had 2 large stains on the carpet so that was very off putting. Also the air conditioning never seemed to cool the room. Luckily this time of year we could open the window but my husbands allergies were terrible with us doing that. Otherwise the room seemed clean and we slept well.

I had a good stay at the holiday inn express. It is quite a large hotel, but had multiple elevators which was appreciated. I was able to walk to the hauptbahnof in 10 minutes from the hotel. My key highlight of this hotel is the gluten free breakfast options! As someone with gluten intolerance, i was able to have gluten free muesli and bread! Although the hotel breakfast was very busy and I spoke English, the hotel staff were very kind and able to accommodate me.

Heating is not work. Parking garage don’t have

I had more times before and everything was perfect. But this time everything is so bad. Cold is in the room, heating is not working. We come in the midnight and men on the reception tell as parking garage is full and tell as that we need it to have reservation and for garage. When i make reservation, i read it option and have it a garage but i not read that is need to make reservation for parking. I ask him for other option for parking, he doesn’t want to help me.. so bad hotel and never i will come back
