Although we had a great time in Armenia, but we weren’t happy with our hotel. The walls were super dirty and had so many stains on it, pillows and blankets weren’t new, they were super old and used! The only plus point is the pool, nothing more;(

The pool area is great for relaxing and the pool staff was kind. The lounge is stylish and overall nice contact with the reception and bar staff. The breakfast was little poor, especially when it comes to chees and ham assortments. The breakfast personal was mostly rude and stressing, especially two female staff that picked plates while still eating and always looked unpleasant. The cleaning in the room was bad, specially the clearing of the floor- no sweeping or vacuum cleaning at all during our 6 days staying there. Overall the best parts with the hotel was the location- close to “Kentron” and a nice park outside and that it was new, fresh and with a pool area there you can relax after a long road trip from the Armenian countryside.

Good: The swimming area and pool was good. Not So Good: The bed. It was not a king size bed. it was two twin that they were put together. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, and in the middle of the night there was a big gape between the two beds, therefore the sheet would came out and we were actually finding ourselves sleeping on the mattress. I also had a extra bed for my kid, but it was extremally uncomfortable. The staff were nice and they spoke English, but not so much knowledgeable about the area such as where we may find a PCR test site or where is a groceries store.

I was thoroughly disappointed as the hotel failed to disclose the closure of its amenities, a critical factor in making my choice on where to stay. Hotels.com has a section for closures and remodeling, they've had months to update it. The hotel offered access to the Orange Fitness but the round trip took me 30 min plus taxi cost. After my initial dispute, they offered to cover taxi cost but that didn't make up for the time. After continued disputes, I suggested they need to refund a portion of my stay. They offered an insulting 5%, an amount that didn't bridge the gap between their nightly cost and a competing hotel that had no amenities. I extended my trip and quickly moved to the Ramada for the duration. It is a newer, cleaner hotel in the same area, would highly recommend it.

Please think thrice before staying here. 1. Rooms are very small 2. Very noisy. If the windows face the street, the noise of the street is such that you might think that you are standing on the street. If the windows overlook the pool, there is noise from the music. The staff is either rude or incompetent. As a gold member of hotels.com, I decided to exercise my right to early check-in. I was told to wait and I patiently waited at the reception for almost an hour, watching others come ahead of me. In the end, they gave me a room with the condition that I had to leave it at 10 am. handing over the key at 10 am, I found out that now I have to wait until my room is ready. This number was given to me only at 5 pm. But not only that, the next day when I left for the airport, I was told that I must pay for an additional one more stay at the hotel, since I checked into the hotel earlier than 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Of course, no one warned me about the need for such a payment at the time when I was given the key.

Mycket trevligt och vänligt bemötande av Tatevik och hennes personal! Fint rum med balkong där vi kunde höra den vackra musiken från republikanska torget varj kväll. Personalen hade förberett med vackra rosor m.m. på vårt rummed anledning av vår 40 åriga bröllopsdag. God frukost med mycket frukt och grönsaker. Utomhuspoolen var perfekt för oss. Mycket bra hjälp med att boka turer till Khor Virab/Ararat och till Sevan. Personalen hjälpte oss så att vi kunde delta på svenska ambassadens nationaldagsfirande på hotellet. Mycket gripande att besöka museet för folkmord 1915-1923 på armenierna. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår resa till Armenien och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka.

Hôtel très bien situé à 10mn à pieds de la place de la République. Possibilité de garer son véhicule gratuitement devant l'hôtel alors que le stationnement est payant dans Erevan. Restaurant de l'hôtel proposant des plats élaborés et goûteux. Hôtel confortable et très bon accueil du personnel.
