Lovely location with amazing lake views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee! Definitely some kinks to work out as a new hotel: the room doors don’t close automatically and need a strong pull to close, the pool is seemingly dirty all the time, the shower leaked, only one bathrobe in a room for 2, and the hot tub was broken. I’m sure these issues will be worked out over time.

I loved that it wasn’t so huge. And it was close to the water. And the staff went the extra mile for us. After we had a delay on our room. Across from the village walkable for lots of dining drinks and shopping. The bar staff was very outgoing. And did a great job explaining drinks. Let us stay passed closing to sit at the fire. Had snacks and drinks in our room. Air worked great , great view. Only thing i would do different is ask for top floor. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely will recommend

This hotel just got renovated. It is quaint, cozy, and though they allow pets and children, very quiet. We had a balcony which faced Big Bear Lake and the sunsets were beautiful. They also have lounge chairs on the shore and fire pits which were a great add on. Lastly, the staff is very courteous and super helpful. The only issue is the restaurant which they just opened in June 2025 and it is very slowly and have a limited menu. Hopefully they will improve with time.
