Lovely helpful staff. You get exactly what you order, a room with a bed. A basic room with no extras like tea/coffee making equipment. However the bed was very comfortable and the new shower room with powerful shower was top notch. Good for a stopover or 48-hour stay but wouldn’t book a longer break around it.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The location was great as well, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The only thing not good was the street noise was really bad. I could hear everything. And noise continued on into the early mornings.

Get what you pay for

It was ok. We had a windowless room which was absolutely fine, infact I think rather helpful with the surrounding noise! The towels and sheets etc are very basic, expect what you pay for. The reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room was a bit dirty, particularly under the bed and in the shower but again it was cheap!

The room was not clean at all the ground was dirty like no one has vacuumed the ground. The hotel itself also not clean the reception was also dirty. The room was freezing cold! I asked the staff why it’s like this they answered we has a central heating system to all room and you couldn’t control the room temperature! Very very bad
