We have been to a few great wolf lodges, all pretty similar. The water park and games are always fun and worth the stay. However, this time I paid the extra for late checkout and had staff come into our room 3 separate times to see if we were out yet when we still had hours before check out, they should have refunded me the extra money for having staff walk in on us showering and getting ready when we clearly had paid for extra time.

Kids loved the water park but food was bad, pizza was $20 for a small pizza for a lot of bread with tomato paste and very little cheese or toppings. All food options are pricey but poor quality. Bring your own food, microwave and small refrigerator in room. They offer you a rate to stay another night, $119 but when you go to book it the price jumps up to $185, a 50% increase for “fees and taxes”. Very misleading.

This is unacceptable!
I was charged an extra 1031 dollars for 2 nights w/ the water park attraction. No clue why. I initially paid over 1400 for the queen cabin suite. The extra charges were for a separate room altogether. I have an open case ongoing for this situation. Really hoping this gets settled because my children had a blast. Hate to give it such a low score, but this is unacceptable!
