Reception staff helped me find how to get tram into centre of Frankfurt and where to go there in order to see as much as possible in one day. This is a good location within easy walking distance to public transportation that can take you anywhere. The underground parking is convenient once you figure it out. The room we stayed in was quiet if just a little bit cramped. However what made the stay special was the friendly desk manager. A tall gentleman he was friendly and helpful and made the stay extra pleasant.

The staff were great! My room was exactly as advertised - no frills. I needed an affordable room with two twin beds on short notice. This is exactly what I received. What was above and beyond was the complimentary breakfast every morning - it was quite delicious!! The negative was that the location is only close to the zoo.
