Comfortable beds and clean linen. Loved the welcome pack for our dog. A room without a carpet would feel more hygienic as carpet felt a little dated and not particularly clean. The Manager and her staff are wonderful.

This is our fourth stay over the past two years and, as I explained to the Manager at breakfast this morning, we cannot fault the hotel. The staff are wonderful and caring and have all been there each time we have stayed, there is no turnover. They all seem so happy, as does the Manager herself who is very proud of each and every one of her team.
