Everything was very nice. Room is modern and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most. Close to Memphis Veteran Cemetery and nice places to eat. Would stay here again.

The service was excellent. I did not have one sleepless night. The breakfast was superb. Definitely will be staying at that Holiday Inn when I come back in town. I have another trip coming up soon and will stay at one of the same hotels if in the location.

Crunchy Eggs.
It was a great stay. The breakfast was great. My kid got a kick out of the pancake making machine. I did chew upon an eggshell in my eggs though. Little extra protein. Didn’t hurt nothing. My kid was disappointed that the pool was not available. The front desk lady Calli was extremely nice and welcoming. Overall great stay.

The keycards were down all weekend and had to have someone let us in our room for the entire stay! They couldn't print a receipt! Also there was a fire alarm went off just before midnight Friday night !! So this was not a perfect stay !!!

Clean room, efficient front desk. I enjoyed it a lot, except when the police came banging on my door ar 1.30am! They were looking for sone woman I guess, but it wasn't nice to see they had such easy access to mu room.

Locked out
When we checked in we were informed that we would not have keys to our room and staff would have to let us in each time. I inly had breakfast once the last day of our stay. The cook was very standoff and not replenishing things we didn't have plates, coffee stirs, the bacon was delicious. Room as great until I used the microwave it was dirty. I would have expected a refund as to the inconvenience of being locked out. Top it all off no keys had been Goin on for over a week. I should've been notified about this prior to check-in. But I guess they didn't want to loose business and like their staff to work super hard. Leaving roim doors unlocked is not safe practice.
