I booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, but was unable to sleep due to extremely poor conditions. The entire building was under construction and had an overwhelming odor. The room lacked basic amenities such as cups or glasses, a safety box, shampoo, soap, even a shower head, and even lighting—believe it or not, I had to rely on the bathroom light to illuminate the room. The bed was extremely unstable—just a single cough caused it to bounce so much that I nearly fell off. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, there was no phone in the room to call for assistance, the closet was broken, and the staircase leading to the rooms was not only damaged but smelled terrible. To make matters worse, there was no reception service after 11 PM. I checked in around 10 PM, and upon seeing the condition of the room, I went to find help, only to discover the front desk was already closed. I had to leave the hotel just to buy water and disposable cups. By the time I returned, the main entrance was locked, and I was forced to enter through the back. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below even the most basic hospitality standards. I kindly request a full-night stay compensation for the time wasted and the distress I experienced.

Big minus for the fact that there was no breakfast. For the first night we had small single room for two persons although I had booked double room. For the other two nights the kind receptionist arranged for a nice double room.

Cheap but OK

Contrary to previous reviews, the hotel is OK, especially for the price. The room is small and the bathroom is compact as well, yes, but they are definately enough. The rooms are facing a busy street, yes, but nothing disturbed our sleep. The room was clean, the water was hot. The good thing is the location -- very close to two museums, very close to the Thermen, many cheap eats in the vicinity. There are some problems though. First of all, advertised reception open times are a total lie -- the reception was never open in the morning, and they close not at 22:00 as advertise. There is a self-check-in available, but you cannot count on a possibility of leaving your bags before or after your stay. Second of all, the "non smoking room" stank of cigarettes. Thirdly -- mattress is indeed very, very soft. It's OK for a few nights though!

Haben diese Unterkunft spontan gebucht. Der Preis war top und für eine Nacht auch ausreichend. Allerdings sollte trotz des Preises die Sauberkeit und evtl auch der kleine vorhandene Fernsehen funktionieren.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, an den Wänden sind Wasserflecken und schwarzer Schimmel. Im Bad ist die dusche komplett verschimmelt, das wasser lässt sich nur schwer kalt stellen, das Waschbecken wird mit Klebeband repariert. Die Matratzen sind komplett voll mit gelben Flecken und Blut. Der TV geht auch nicht.

Der Empfang beim einchecken war freundlich. 2 von 4 Zimmern waren um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig. 2 Zimmer waren mit Fenster zur Straße und so laut, als würden die Fenster offen stehen, die aber komplett geschlossen waren. Ruhig wurde es es erst morgens um 4 Uhr. Zwei Zimmer waren mit Fenster Richtung Hof und damit ruhiger. Aber in den Badezimmern war Schimmel, was auch in den Zimmern zu riechen war. Das ganze Objekt ist sanierungsbedürftig!!!
