Convenient place to stay in central London. check in was easy and staff where friendly. The hotel reasonably clean, we had two rooms, one was a little dated downstairs but the one on the ground floor was better and cant complain at the price considering prices of other hotels. It certainly provides for a place to stay but we weren’t excited to go back to it after being tourists in London. It was dated and could have used some improvements but it provided the bare minimum of what we needed for an economical place to stay. The staff was responsive and efficient and there was no shortage of guests coming in and out so they remain successful. We would not choose to stay here again unless it was the only choice within our price range.
