The only issue that we had was not the hotels fault. When we arrived, we were told that the Wi-Fi had gone out and that it was being worked on. Only real issue that this caused was we had to use our hotspot for computer work for our daughters homework and we had to keep getting the key reset for our rooms.

No Wake up call, no driver for airport shuttle!!
Check in was good but when I told the girl at the desk I would need an airport shuttle at 4:15 am she said, "just come down" I said you have someone waiting she said "yeah" I asked for a wake up call at 3:45 am. Fortunately, I set an alarm because I never got the wake up call! I would have missed my flight!! When I got to front desk there was no driver! Thank God for Kal who was maning the front desk. After trying to get a driver from the hotel next door with no luck. He drove us to the airport!! Unfortunately, the property is no longer a Hilton but IGA under new ownership. The new management is aware of these issues but obviously doesn't care. The rooms were clean and comfortable but Beware if you are staying because it's close to airport!!

Great staff; rooms in desperate need of a remodel
We stayed three nights in this hotel while visiting various beaches in the area. First off, the good: the staff was GREAT, the location was conveniently located near services, and the common areas were pleasant. Unfortunately, the rooms are in dire need of a remodel. The furniture is okay but they need to rip the carpet out and modernize the bathrooms. Once that is done, I’d definitely come back, because the staff is top notch.

As soonest I check in service was great but our room was really dirty it was a little inconvenient for us due to being tire from the road but we were given a second room for our stay. But other than that Me and my family loved our stay at Hilton.
