The staff at this hotel were excellent and they do care for their customers. We were however checked in very late past the official time and one room did have a issue with the sink in the bathroom on the last day which lucky for me, didn't really impact the stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean overall although the shower could use some work. Air conditioner was very loud and was leaking, which resulted in a few unexpected showers on us on the middle of the night.
