Upon arrival asked if they had an elevator, they do not.
Was given a 2nd floor room, they did offer to switch to a first floor if we could wait an hour to hour and half. The room had a narrow shower, uncomfortable and no handrails or safety accessories. Also, apparently now anti-slip on the floor. I suffer a fall in the shower causing bruising and pain to my right hip and buttocks. Asked if they had a Handicap room, they do not, not one in the whole motel. Seems to plenty of room to enlarge the shower and add some safety rails or other safety/handicapped equipment. Also, the exterior doors, although had key access modules, did not lock.. leaving the interior of the hotel wide open to the general public, this does not give a sense of security. .. worse it does not provide any level of security to your room and therefore your family.
