Great place to stay!
One of the most coziest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Gatlinburg. I often have volleyball tournaments at Rocky Top Sports World and it is conveniently close. I was able to rest well and eat well with their continental breakfast. Will be staying there again!

Perfect Family Getaway at The Appy Lodge!
The Appy Lodge in Gatlinburg was perfect for our family of three! The pool was a hit — clean, well-maintained, and just right for our toddler to splash around. The entire lodge was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the convenient location, close to attractions but tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The room was spacious, cozy, and super quiet, making bedtime easy for our little one. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. It’s a fantastic spot for families, and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!
The staff was amazing ! Very friendly and helpful . The ambience.was beautiful. Our room had a cozy fire place and the bed and pillows were very comfortable . It was also very clean. House keeping were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not bad. I give a 5+ stars. We will certainly be staying again!!

We paid an overpriced price for the date of the stay, but we were really quite satisfied. It was the best stay of the entire trip through several states; cozy, comfortable, quiet, well located, ample parking. The location is out of the ordinary and its lobby made us feel like we were in a cabin. Upon returning from the farewell of the old year 2024, we were able to enjoy the year-end concert from Nashville and enjoy a couple of drinks sitting on a very comfortable sofa. I would repeat it for more days and I also recommend it. Improve breakfast is my suggestion.

Great except the Bathroom
This hotel is extremely convenient to Gatlinburg, and not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge, about 10 minutes in normal, not rush traffic. It has a great atmosphere, with fire pits outside the lobby, a cute little gift store, a nice indoor pool and, although it wasn't open yet, a fun looking outdoor pool. Bed is comfortable. Our vote was the strip and pay off a mini golf course. Lots of trees and of course hills in a scenic area. Not part of the main hubbub of Gatlinburg, as this property is on the extreme Northern end of Gatlinburg. NOTE! They DO NOT advertise on property that they offer FREE PARKING near Anakeesta, you need to ASK at Front Desks. Good way to save $25 and park right smack dab in the center of the town. Now the rain we're going with 4 instead of 5 stars. The bathroom. We had a fireplace suite. The bathroom has a decent vanity area, but the toilet is NOT separated, it's right next to the vanity, so you will not be able to have someone getting ready at the vanity while someone else uses the toilet, without being OVERLY exposed to each other. We've gotten used to hotels with a separate toilet area, and usually a separate shower area. These rooms do not have that, the bathrooms are probably what you have at home. So if you only have one bath at home, this will probably be no big deal. But we personally cannot give it 5 stars because of this one inconvenient feature. It's probably the reason we'll stay somewhere else in our next mountain trip.

This was our second time staying at The Appy Lodge, it was just as nice as when we stayed last summer. Love how easy it is to get in/out and that it’s no located on the main strip. Will definitely stay there again next summer.
