Upon arriving, we were told an upgraded room was needed. The upgrade was great, the food was great and i even won a little spending cash in the casino. From beginning to end our stay was perfect. We could not ask for a better overall experience.

Slow check in, keys didn’t work, went back to desk and had to wait again (one person working), reset keys went back up and walked in room that was already occupied!, went back down had to wait AGAIN! gave us different room with no apologies! Wasted time we could have spent at the pool!

The casino’s noodle restaurant had the worst noodles I’ve ever had, including top ramen. However the view and menu at their steakhouse was a fantastic way to enjoy a sunset.

Checkout was slow with only one person working the desk and a long line. No fridge or microwave. Room sleeps 4 people, only 2 towels given. We stayed here for a local wedding upon recommendation but wish we had booked elsewhere.

Everyone is SO friendly!! All of the staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The place is clean, the casino is nice. We didn’t use the pool this go round, it was very kid friendly and since we left the kids at home this go round, being surrounded by a ton of kids didn’t sound fun. 😬 We will bring them back with us next time though! All the food was delicious as well

Nice, but could be better.

Overall a decent place to stay. The lazy river and pool would be more enjoyable if the no children after 6pm rule was still in place. Unsupervised kids were jumping in the hot tub splashing everyone and running around. When one of the young workers spoke with them, they said their grandmother was at the casino. None of the kids were over 12. I booked a stay here for a relaxing couples time with my husband. The casino was nice and the seafood buffet was delicious. The room was okay. Could definitely use some upgrades. No refrigerator in the room was disappointing. The windows and mirrors had lots of face and finger prints.

The air conditioning stopped working throughout the stay. I have not one but two medically challenged children that can’t be hot so I have to make sure the a/c is on at all times. I was up most of both of both the nights we were there making sure the ac came back on. The weather also was very ugly so we couldn’t do much the second day so we had to stay in the room which made us sticking to the tv which didn’t work.

DIRTY PROPERTY

The hotel wasn't clean at all and the smoke smell permeated everything. It even seeped into my non-smoking room. I ended up getting a UTI from the lazy river, which was my favorite feature at the hotel and the only reason I'd go back. So now I will not ever go back.
