I really liked the hotel Boutique feel. Had a really nice view on the 15th floor. Concierge was super nice and the bar looks nice even though I didn’t go in. Overall just a great vibe.

The staff were all extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is updated and the shower is awesome. The beds were very comfortable. I always stay at the ACME when I’m in Chicago. This was my 4th or 5th time staying and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

The two gentleman at the check-in desk were very lovely to deal with and even got us a voucher for a bar we said we were planning to go to. Super sweet and went above and beyond to help us! The room was clean, beds comfortable and the shower was nice with the rainfall showerhead. Overall, was a seamless and pleasant experience. The location was easy to get to and the parking was even easier to find.
