All of the staff in the hotel were very friendly and we were particularly helped with advice on parking and restaurants by the lovely Margot in reception. Our classique room faced the staircases so it was dark but it was spacious and quiet. Bathroom was clean and decent sized. Excellent location, close to all the attractions and public transport. Aircon in the room wasn't effective and it was more like a fan so the room was warm and stuffy. The room would be unpleasant during summer. All staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was excellent with the best view in Lille. Other than the aircon issue, this is a great hotel.

Hotel very nicely decorated and rooms very clean. Comfy bed and bedding. large shower in modern bathroom. Quick check in and out. Buffet breakfast limited but cereals & toast suffused. It was a struggle for everyone to prise bread out of the toaster as slices were so small!! No English speaking TV channels at all, not even news. Overall a pleasant hotel with couple of negatives.

Chose room with view of the central square, i highly recommend. Breakfast was busy so don't be late, a few things ran out. Hotel was very accommodating when I had made a silly mistake with my booking and staff were ver friendly. Hotel is in a perfect location for a city break.
