We arrived when an event was getting out and the traffic was horrible. The problem is we did not know where to park and it took us a while to figure it out. The staff was friendly but it would’ve been very helpful to know there was construction happening and where we needed to park. The Valet staff were great!

We stayed for two nights before getting on a cruise. The air conditioning didn't work so great, and wouldn't get below 75 degrees. The room phone didn't work. The bathroom vent fan wouldn't always work. The front desk did upgrade us when we arrived to two beds and a pullout, which worked great! It was convenient to downtown.

Mediocre at best

Your hotel needs a serious update to its rooms. The shower walls were cracked and brown, the furniture in the room was in poor condition. The coffee table with chipped missing paint, the couch full of burn holes "non smoking room" yea ok. Wont stay here again and definitely wasnt worth what I paid to stay 1 night.
