The room was nice. Beds super comfy and cozy. I did the online forms and when I got to the hotel had to redo them and the front desk person couldn't tell me why really didn't talk to me and had no idea what I was talking about.

Disappointing experience

The room had a damp, musty smell. The curtain did not cover the entire window. We were on the first floor, and at least 8 people used the sidewalk in front of the window. I could see them, so I assume they could see me. There were several flies (alive) in the bathroom when we arrived.

It was not terrible but when we got there the room air conditioner wasnt turned on and the room was very hot. It also smelled of curry or insense. Overall clean but bathtub stopper didnt work or the shower diverter didnt work well. There were mouse turds along one wall in the bathroom but I never saw a mouse.
