From the front desk people to the people cleaning the rooms, everything was wonderful. Love the location as it is walking distance from the downtown. The breakfast consists of good bagels. The gnomes are the theme of this very Scandinavian devote at the hotel. All was great

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility is a bit dated and breakfast left a lot to be desired (bad coffee and only bagels). The room was mostly clean except someone forgot to flush the toilet (ew!) when we first got in the room. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and conveniently located. Downtown Poulsbo is very nearby and you can get to other locations on the Kitsap Peninsula easily.
