On a Monday night or room is over $200 and we arrived 2 hours early from out of state, nowhere else to go and they charged us $75 to check in, refused a discount despite hotels.com calling them, being less than half capacity, having the room ready, and in spite of us making them aware that that was all the money we had to spend at the hotel. They got their money up front and didn't care whether we enjoyed ourselves or not.The room was nice and clean but out of three TVs two did not work there were lights on the stairs that were on all night long making it impossible to sleep, the AC didnt work, the hotel bar overcharged us $60 for fries and three drinks?? All the other stores and restaurants were closed and the casino games are TIGHT Also construction noise began about 1 am, continueing throughout the night even as we checked out we recorded it. letting the hotel know about it they asked if we told anyone our complaints? I asked why? We stated our
situation checking in, you refused to do anything to make our stay worthwhile.
Hotels.com could do nothing to help us which was a huge letdown and the hotel just came across as Petty, greedy and thoughtless. All the restaurants were closed stores were closed and the hotel offered no valet, no bellman and no reason to ever stay there again. Go to Vegas,stay at a hotel for a WEEK and have a blast for less than ONE NIGHT here! TRUE STORY
