Beautiful location on Augusta. Close to amazing food, cultural sites, Paulista Ave is close, clubs, bakeries etc. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable if you have questions about your stay or the area. I will be back.

Air conditioning mouldy, shower leading, sheets smelt of mould. Drilling at 12 midnight. Fridge not working, mirror falling off the wall. Wifi not allowing login. What’s not a great experience. The only positive was the friendly check in staff member. He was great. But the hotel is tired and in need of a refurb.

Quarto amplo, café da manhã com muitas opções. Porém o chuveiro deu problema, água não esquentava por nada, pedi para me trocarem de quarto, o técnico foi verificar, falou que hotel estava cheio e que estava funcionando normal e que era para esperar 30 min. Deve ser frequente dar problema com temperatura de água!!

A estadia cumpriu seu objetivo, no entanto tive problema com o cartão chave do apartamento (apesar de ter solicitado solução) e mais de uma vez subi e desci para que alguém voltasse comigo para abrir a porta. O banheiro é antigo e a água do chuveiro fria. Para esquentar levava bastante tempo e o volume de água tinha que ser reduzido.

Hotel extremamente sujo e necessitando de reparos Água do chuveiro não esquenta. Iluminação do quarto péssima. Botão de descarga do vaso sanitário não funciona adequadamente. Café da manhã com um cheiro terrível de fritura pois são feitos omeletes e tapiocas dentro do salão, sem nenhum duto exaustor ou janela. Pães e bolos duros, de qualidade ruim. Café ruim. O único ponto a destacar é a educação dos funcionários, digna de nota. Todos super atenciosos e gentis.
