Nice hotel close to the major sightseeings, shopping and good restaurants.. room was large and clean, the only problem was that we could hear a very load walking from the floor above and very load water runs every time the room above was using washroom.. it was not a pleasant sound.. breakfast was good but not great.. coffee is way to bitter..

Staff very friendly, room quite small but comfortable. Lacked tea and coffee in the room which is a downside. Underground car park is very tight - make sure you park in a space where you can easily get out ! We had to get 2 guests to move their cars to enable us to exit ! Good location with easy walk into city centre. Very safe area.

The staff at reception and also the cleaners we’re very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for walking to all the monuments . The bar was a quiet welcome place to go after a day of touring. I would stay here again. Also the hotel has its own parking garage on the premises for 21 euros a day. Very convenient !!

Book yourself a better hotel

Nice on first impressions but after a few hours you see it’s not so great. The rooms are tired and not well maintained. The room lacks basic facilities like a kettle, tissues, a waist bin in the room. I would say housekeeping do the best they can. The night reception manager was always friendly when we came back for the night. The receptionist on the last day had an attitude problem, I asked her to call a taxi and she just said she can’t and we need to walk with all our luggage down the road and shrugged her shoulders! I guest offered to help us.

With it's entrance in a small side street this is a surprisingly big hotel. Easy parking in the underground carpark. 15 minutes easy walk to the Mesquita etc. Our room was at the back and was lovely and quiet even with the window open (you can open the window, which is nice). Nice pool..very welcome after a hot day sightseeing!

Awesome property. Only drwaback is that our room was tiny and the bed was a true double. Didnt spend much time in the room since the lacation was terrific for walking to all major attractions and the staff was superb!

Initially allocated a very dark room with bars and trellis across window. Reception staff helpful in moving us to a much brighter and nicer room after the first night. Shortage of staff at breakfast meant nowhere to sit as tables were not cleared. Nice pool area but disappointingly closed to guests during the day on a Saturday for a wedding.
