Ellis Island was overall a very enjoyable stay. It was very clean and quiet when I was there and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they were doing some renovations on the restaurants, but the Village Pub and Cafe was really good. I'd definitely stay again.

Although there is a fee per person of stay. We did bit have enough towels in the room and the doors to the hotel were open, the card swipes were not needed to reenter the facility. The staff waa very friendly and the amenities were great.

The entire staff were AMAZING!! My only issues were the beds are not comfortable and they only have 1 elevator and at one point it was closed so if you’re disabled you can’t get down unless you use the stairs.
