8/10 Very good

The best part of our overnite stay was the shower-great water pressure. Room definitely needs painting since baseboards are very old, very worn, and very scraped up. Bathroom evidently was painted but not finished. Aside from cosmetics the room was roomy and bed was comfortable.

We would stay here again.

Our stay was a good experience with friendly staff. It was clean and accommodations were available upon request.

Comfortable room, lots of pillows. A bit out dated but for the price was fine.

The room was clean. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The walls are thin. I kept hearing the guy next to me clear his throat over and over again. There was also a family constantly yelling all night and kids screaming and jumping on the bed. I did not even get to sleep. I got so mad that I left the hotel at 5am.

8/10 Very good

Not bad but could be something great.

We went to the Rodeo this weekend and the location was very close, walking distance you'd say. The room for the price was okay especially since it' was "kinda cleaned". There was a insulin cap on the sink counter. The walls were a bit dirty that could be easily wiped down with ease since it's glossy paint. The AC unit was a bit old and cooled just enough that a shower at 2am was needed to not feel damped. The beds did there thing but one thing i notice hotels do when the ly have a mini fridge is that they turn them off and they stink. Perhaps just leave them on so when a guest stays it doesn't smell like mildew. Just a suggestion other then that the staff was very nice a sweet.

It was ok. We didn’t shower there because it didn’t look like their shower or toilet has been cleaned in months. There was a towel folded up on the rim of the tub that looked like it could have been possibly blood. The a/c unit did not work well at all, for Arizona, this was not good. All of the drawers for the end table and the dresser kept opening, so we had to tie them shut, so we would get up in the middle of the night and bump into them. The little fridge worked good though.

4/10 Fair

Disappointing stay

Cleanliness in the room was poor. There's a ring in the toilet. I could not bring myself to use the shower. The fixtures are corroded. You could see soap splash marks in the tub. The bathroom tile was dirty. There was very little water coming from the sink faucet. You could see the mattress as the bottom sheet didn't come to the top of the mattress. The two chairs were unsafe to use. (They were replaced upon request.) The top dresser drawer wouldn't stay shut. No nose tissue, or coffee pot. Tissues were no longer being supplied. Hallway smelled of disinfectant. Outside carpeting not swept. Staff was accommodating. No breakfast amenities. Old noisy air conditioner. Room carpeting appeared new. The toilet is not eco friendly. Uses a lot of water upon flushing.

This was a fine hotel. Clean but old. The staff were helpful and available.
Danielle, 1-night trip

Friendly staff. Accommodations were fine for a 1 night stay. The mini fridge was unplugged so it served no purpose for my later arrival time.

Beds were shoddy, outdated room. Door was so hard to open my wife hurt her shoulder. Could’ve given us a better room but I guess because we used Expedia they weren’t as accomadating

Sleep Here

We usually just spend time sleeping here when we go to Payson. Nothing special but it is just right for a good nights sleep.

Average hotel stay

The gal working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was average with some noticeable dust on the entertainment center and what appeared to be mold near the shower. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.
