Moldy and dirty!

First it was under construction with only 1 elevator, and absolutely no mention of it in the booking listing. Secondly, there was mold all over the ceiling in the unit. As soon as we noticed the 2nd day there, I contacted the property via messages & they said maintenance would be by! Didn’t even attempt to move us or anything, although we had 2 children! Third, upon arrival I had to clean the unit bathroom. There was hair & pubic hair EVERYWHERE! Again I informed property manager. … oh & their checkout time is 9am, not 10am as listed in the booking!!!

Disappointed with overall cleanliness. I.e.: could not take a bath , because plug could not fit : drain was full of old dirty hair : we called and complained : no fix as promised ! Couch and chair were stained and dirty : just to sit we had to put sheets on ! Place was dated and way , way overpriced . Will not recommend and will never come back .

I love going straight to the room. The view was awesome! The room was clean and we felt at home. The popcorn ceiling needs work. But I can't wait to visit again.

I loved the condo it was very beautiful, comfortable and modern the only issue is we couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, some dishes weren't clean,and no iron but other than that it was great i would definitely would stay there again

Clean, nice rooms and view, 1 roll of bathroom tissue for four people..Had to buy tissue..Rooms should come with at least a 4 pack for guests who are staying for days

Resort is very good. Very beautiful and nice pool and hot tub on property .location Amazing ,close to everything. But the room we had need a good remodel. We had four people in the condo , but the bed sheets and pillowcases were for two people only. There was a good amount of dust in the room . Need a new furniture in the living room.

The view was amazing. There were several missing blinds so there was no way to darken the bedroom to sleep. The hairdryer was broken and the bed was very uncomfortable

We loved the ocean view, large balcony and privacy. The extra large oval bathtub was very nice. The toilet, however did not work properly. The handle had to be held down in order to flush properly. One element on stove was inoperable. Mattress was way too soft. Thought about removing foam topper because my back hurt so bad. Needs a new mattress or a topper more like memory foam or something, because you just sank in the bed.
