Lovely stay!
I had a lovely stay with friends at the Hilton. Staff were very welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean and tidy. The only small thing was the mattress was a little bit stringy but nothing major. Id definitely stay again!

Disabled access bathroom, tired. Nowhere to put toiletries., only a few old glass shelves. An extra unnecessary camp bed taking up space. Very expensive for what it was. Car park ridiculously tight and not well sign posted. DO not use if in a big car!

Great location, good value
Great location in the nicer bit of Birmingham city centre with tram stop just round the corner and most of the attractions on the area. Good value hotel, breakfast had some nice touches like the fresh egg service! We had a problem with the heating in our first room (and the bed was like a plank) but there was an amazing manager on reception when we mentioned it and he was BRILLIANT (and I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) he truly got 'customer delight' which turned what was a bit of a disappointment into a lovely stay. Thank you.
