Visited the resort February 24! We booked 5 nights at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan, but only stay 2 nights, because after visiting the Pueblo Bonito Esmeralda Bay for a day, we were amazed by the resort location, hospitality, food, relaxing atmosphere and the greenery. Then we requested to be transferred to the Esmeralda Bay, we spoke to reservation at the location and they were kind enough to grant our request at no extra cost, for the remaining of our trip...we realy love the Esmeralsa Bay and defenately we are coming back!

Everything was so beautiful. The ocean-front room had amazing views. Every single area of this resort was top-notch. Two pools, such a great variety of food and restaurants. The employees were fabulous! We were treated like royalty. Seriously, they have some of the best people working there. Everything was perfect and we were only sad to have to leave after 7 glorious days.
