Pools are great! The outside areas are all good. The room was comfortable. We loved our view, overlooking the ocean! The bathroom, towels, and other items were okay. The TV was frustrating.

Celebrated Mother’s Day here! The property location is beautiful. We had a room overlooking the water and it was nice, but it needs some updates like the bathroom. The outside bartenders by main pool were not friendly at all except one guy. It was very odd. Overall, great trip and I would travel here again.

Our stay was pretty good. One of the elevators was out of service for the whole week. Check in was a bit confusing. We had to wait for a phone call to say our room ready, the call was never received. Being a resort property, I would expect the staff to be more helpful, friendly, share the moment with your guests. The property was very well maintained and clean.

Day was great. The service was terrible. Took forever to check in. He tried to charge me extra nowhere to get food after 9 o’clock, took an hour to get a sandwich in the morning and the sandwich was stale and hard and cost $50

Great resort, amazing view of the ocean, lot of activities for kids and really awesome restaurants. Food was particularly very good at Anglers and Ale.

For what I paid, I expected a bit more. Brutal food/drink prices on campus, and you can’t bring your own to the beach area so you’re kinda stuck. Room was clean, building exterior looks run down. Front desk not the most welcoming people.

Property had everything we needed and was centrally located for any day trips up and down the keys. Pool staff was awesome and the area didn’t feel crowded. A highlight was being able to swim with the dolphins.

Convenient location. Friendly/ helpful staff. (G at the poolside services!!! :) Our room was very accommodating, and we loved the location on the property where we stayed! It was perfectly located next to the pool. We will be back!
