DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures do not look anything like it does in person. It is completely run down. The rooms are filthy. The area is awful and I felt completely unsafe. I would never stay here again.

Unexpected Little Gem
I had a late check in and the lady that checked me in (I failed to get her name) was the sweetest. She had a warm smile, answered my questions and was efficient, which made this tired traveler happy. The rooms are clean. No complaints. The street noise is a little loud, but the hotel is right on the main drag, so that's to be expected. There are plenty of food options within a short walk. The breakfast set-up is limited, but it's a small space to work with. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

We had a 10-hour flight lay-over and only needed a place to rest and sleep for a few hours. The proximity to the airport was extremely convenient. The shuttle service is not helpful when dealing with big luggage since it only takes you to the train- we did not use it. The building itself looks run-down and felt unsafe, but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. One of the locks on the room door was broken and the inside structure of the room also looked run-down. The trash bin was not clean and seemed to have a dirty diaper in it. It felt like I slept with one eye opened, but my son and husband managed to sleep for a few hours. I don't think we will do it again.

Hotel is very convenient if uou have a flight to catch at jfk. Shuttle was good and driver even drop us to the terminal. Very kind stuff at the front desk was very friendly. Place is ok for a night or two. I would definitely stay again.

Receptionist was nice and helpful. I wanted to know where can I get food and she gave me some great recommendations. The only downfall is the walls are paper thin, there was a couple arguing and I heard the whole argument at 1:30a. They have a great selection of breakfast in the morning, which was actually surprising. Parking was not bad, was able to park across the street and didn’t get a ticket. Rooms are small, but it’s ok if you’re only there for a day and that translates into only a couple hours to sleep. Very close to airport which I needed to be at by 11a, left hotel at 9:50a and was there by 10a. Will come back if necessary.

too much to list... - bed was visibly indented on one side only - used towel hanging in the bathroom still, dried red something(blood or paint?) on floor - toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet bowl... - all furniture was heavy damaged, scratches, dried paint - noise, noise, noise... - comforter had lines/stains on one corner, but on the inside - bed skirt wasn't even on all the way

Horrible Experience. I had my flight booked the following day and I checked with the day staff in reception when I check in if I can store my luggage somewhere in the hotel after my checkout since my flight was in the evening. The day receptionist confirmed it’s not a problem and I can store my luggage . But when I checked out in the morning and asked the night receptionist who was on duty ( Sam) she was so rude and refused to keep my luggage as confirmed by day staff . I even asked if I can speak to the manager and she said she is unable to arrange that until 11am where as my flight was at 9 am . Because of this I couldn’t arrange anything at the last minute and had to spend $103 for 3 suitcases to store it in the terminal 4 luggage storage . Will never ever recommend this property and please avoid .

Kind of a Low-Quality Inn, even for an airport hotel, if you ask me! The staff did their best to be helpful, and the bed was quite comfortable. But this is a loooong way from a luxury or even business class hotel.

The description is incorrect with regards to parking. The parking is not free. I had to find parking on the street. The room was terrible and not clean a tissue was stuck inside of the peep hole on the door. The customer service was terrible the she was very rude about the parking and stated they tried to change it o line and it wouldnt change. Overall not a good experience and not a good hotel.
