This is a great property if you want a reasonably priced room close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Property could definitely use a face lift. Excellent water pressure in the showers!

Property seemed clean but there was toilet paper in the toilet when we checked into our room and a few hairs in the sheets of our bed, staff was very kind and friendly which helped with the experience.

Walking distance to shopping and quick drive to the park. Good shower, comfy bed, decent comp breakfast but terrible coffee. There was peeling paint on the walls. It is just old, but had what we needed.

We liked the breakfast as they offer biscuits and gravy, which is perfect for my son. The staff made our beds without us asking, which was really nice. The place is quiet. The only thing I feel they could improve on is having a vanity in the room where one could sit and curl hair/put on make-up. The sink is in the bathroom and had no countertop to place items on. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay there again.

breakfast didn't have much setting food was bad eggs looked like a pan cake no sausage or bacon to go with it nothing but dry was so many people took it outside and ate by pool went into town the next 3 days and ate there. also floor in room was dirty cleaned rest of the room was good
