In general nice and neat hotel. we only stayed one night. Standard Novotel quality so no surprise. The bathroom needed some renovation or at least a good working air suction. The extra bed was quite uncomfortable but OK we survived.

Hotel was super tidy and modern with very helpful staff, especially the lady on reception. The hotel is a little out from the old town but the tram station is literally 1 min walk away. It’s then only 15 mins on the tram to get into the main area!

Down side to the room it had no iron and only one pillow for each person there was also a big stain on the mattress with no topper just a sheet to cover it Down side is places to eat appeared to be limited.

Although I do not speak English well, they communicated smoothly with Google Translate. I was happy to have a good night's sleep at a comfortable temperature. They were kind enough to respond to my requests during my stay. I also liked that it was only a 15 minute cab ride from the airport.
