the breakfast starts at 7-10 you get there 5 minutes after the breakfast. Starts The food is fresh and hot. The waffles are great. The yogurt. Everything was well and clean. It's a nice breakfast for the price you pay to stay there

Rooms were decently clean our first room had some mold growing up the side of the wall, but we removed the next day and all is well. There is no microwave in the room, but is a refrigerator great spot to stay if just looking for a place to lay your head in between Busch Gardens, and water country love the waffle maker!!

Our stay was very nice. Building is older but has been recently painted and bathrooms updated. Room was very clean. Hot breakfast was nice. Not sure if they have smoking rooms, but could smell smoke in hallways frequently.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly, and I got it for a great price just in time before graduation weekend! Pool looked great, plenty of snacks available to purchase, comfortable waiting area. First room didn’t have air conditioning or tv didn’t work. Had to get another room. Room was clean. No drain plug to the tub. Outside pool room was super hot and no a/c. Breakfast was ok.

It's Okay

The room was okay and the pool was fun. But, I have asthma so we were supposed to be on a non-smoking floor. However, the hallway reeked of weed. It caused my asthma to be flared up and I couldn't sleep because of it. If you don't mind the weed smell, then this is a good place to stay.

My check-in was smooth. The room looked outdated. I couldn't stay the whole night because I started to get bitten by a bedbug. I immediately left as soon I saw the bites on my arm and saw it crawling on the top sheet. I made staff aware (I didn't cause a scene) and left after being there less than 2hrs.

The room (203) was nice and well-appointed. The towel swan showed some nice attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was out of food, with the exception of cold scrambled eggs and waffle batter, by 9 AM on Sunday. There was no coffee and no juice, no forks. Coffee was also not available in the lobby. The two attendants who were tasked with supporting the breakfast service were not seen and were hiding behind the curtain in the buffet area. When the attendant WAS inconvenienced to provide forks and fill the coffee machine, he was clearly annoyed. Not the sort of service that a properly managed and trained staff would provide. Typically - when the employees are uninterested, unskilled and unmotivated - the cause is lack of training and lack of engaged management. Wyndham needs to get in here to fix this otherwise nicely appointed property!
