All emenities and breakfast area were easy to find although the hot tub was not hot at all. It was in a great area for as far as shopping goes.

The Hotel itself was terrific. Comfortable, great service, clean. We have stayed here before and have never had a problem. This time we were put in a room facing the front of the hotel on the third floor near the elevator. I don't know if it was just our room or the whole third floor but the noise from the street and the people getting on and off the elevator at all hours of the night kept us awake all night long. As I said, we have stayed here a few times before and have never had this problem but this is the first time we've been on the third floor facing the street. Also our first time near the elevator. I do know the lady working the counter spent her whole night dealing with the noisy guests so we have no complaint about the service as she was great and friendly even after spending all night dealing with noisy drunks.

Room was as expected. As clean as i expect as well. I think the last time it was cleaned they just forgot to restock. We had o ly 2 towels, no tissue paper and only half a roll of tp no ice bucket or any bags in the garbage cans. All minir things and they handled it just fine when i asked for the above items.
