This is a very nice hotel and it was a very pleasant day. I had to book it last minute and the price was very reasonable. The staff was wonderful. They have places for breakfast lunch and dinner downstairs and they do in fact have a nice casino.

We always enjoy Sam’s. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice. The pool was clean and enjoyable - though the hot tub jets aren’t very strong. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our go to spot in Shreveport.

Very comfortable bed. Very well appointed room and everything was in very good condition. The room was big but the bathroom was huge! In room coffee was good. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and the lady that handled our check in went above and beyond.
