Decent Hotel, Bed was comfortable but room is outdated, and doesn’t have enough lighting. My family enjoyed the deep pool. If you are terrified of cats like my wife, this is not the place to stay. It seems as if it’s their hotel, just seem to comfortable.

Great staff

We had to stay in Charleston because of a medical emergency and the staff were so kind and helpful. We had to extend our stay twice and they allowed us to remain in the same rooms for over 10 days. I will always be grateful for their kindness to us during this horrible time.

Little bit dated. Outside halls with only stairs to upper levels. Clean. Decent but not exciting hotel breakfast. Best feature was the friendly outside rescue cat. (Ear tipped.)

Everything was great besides the room we was connected to called when we was going through a family emergency and just getting good news from MUSC no tv no radio on just happiness and they ruined the moment but staff was nice enough to just let us know we enjoyed our stay and the staff was kind...would stay again.

The reception area was decorated lovely and staff accommodating. The rooms are dated with rust on the fixtures and my room had damage to the ceiling. The bedding was clean. The grass in the front was not maintained and housed bugs that looked like giant roaches. One of which got in the room. In all fairness, I was told the city is known for these bugs. They even named the town after them. Additionally, the chairs in the breakfast area were worn and torn badly (all of them). This hotel serve its purpose for a quick 2 day trip and it was very close to my intended destination. I gave 3 stars because of the workers at the front desk who were accommodating. I personally would not stay here again.

I DIDNT STAY…first I was booked in a room in the back of the property some guy walking back there I came to the front ask 4 another room explained it didn’t look safe. I got another room REEKED of mildew carpet nasty restroom sketchy I felt like bedbugs would be crawling on me. I went to the front and I told her why I wouldn’t be staying. Yes I lost $ no I will not use your site again it said 3 stars yelp gave it 2 hindsight is 20/20. That place is a motel 6 with a best western sign!
