One reason we had picked this hotel was that the description says it has a parking lot but it's not true. The parking is 1 block away and with 2 large suitcases and extra bags, it wasn't ideal. That said, the hotel is walking distance to the old town so good location. The room is big enough but does not have a safe nor mini fridge. There are no bar in the hotel either.

This place is close to a train station. Check-in is also very smooth, and there’s no check-out! The room was very proper, and there was no noise as well.

The hotel is very well positioned to explore the city of Erfurt as it is conveniently close to the main train station - an easy walk with our luggage - and also close enough to walk to the old town to explore the sights. Our check in was quick with a lovely member of staff. Our room was spacious and clean, quite basic yet still modern. The buffet breakfast was good value for money, especially as the children are charged a reduced cost of 4Euros for breakfast. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other people.

Vi fandt klannerlarver i et af håndklæderne, og der manglede et bord og stole, så vi sad med børnene på gulvet som vi fandt ud af var meget beskidt, med lange sorte hår der satte sig på os, som om det ikke var støvsuget ordentligt. Sengene var gode, og værelset en fin størrelse. Sød receptionist.

Jättefint boende, men parkeringen är en bit bort

Ett fantastiskt boende! Rent, fräscht, svala rum och sköna sängar. Badrummet var fräscht. Vi stannade en natt på genomresa, och har bott på flera budgethotell under 2 veckors resande och detta var definitivt utan tvekan det bästa. Det är två saker ni som reser hit kan tänka på: 1. Det finns ingen avlastningsplats där du kan lasta av din packning och sen åka och parkera bilen. Utan satsa på att köra till parkeringsgaraget (obs! Maxhöjd på 2 m så vår bil + takbox var för höga) direkt och bär din packning därifrån. 2. Vi hade betalat vår vistelse men de hade strul med datorn och kunde först inte hitta att vi betalat. Så ha kvitto redo vid incheckning så att ni kan visa upp om ni redan betalat. I övrigt var allt toppen!

Unterkunft ist sauber ind gut zu erreichen. Leider gab es zum zweiten Mal Probleme mit dem "Late Check in" am Hotelterminal. Allerdings wurde uns nach Anruf bei der Notfallnummer direkt und ohne Probleme weitergeholfen.
