Someone knocked on our room door around several times in the early morning. Firstly we didn't open the door because we couldn't see the person behind the door. My husband opened the door unknown guy said sorry and went.

Really great place to stay in Cologne

We stopped in multiple cities across Europe and this was definitely the most comfy stay. Excellent cleanliness and really comfortable beds. The room was quite small but kids were delighted with the bunk bed and we finally got a decent double bed. Please note they advertise parking but it's only a small space with less than 20 spots which gets inspected by an external agency. If it's full they ask you to park in the Arena car park. This has only one pay machine which didn't accept Google pay or Apple pay or any of our UK debit or credit cards. It also doesn't accept notes. So at 11pm at night we were stuck badly. The extremely sweet receptionist helped us and I paid her back in gbp. This is apparently common in European car parks so always keep coins! Otherwise a smooth and comfy stay. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.

This is our second time staying in this hotel, and i have to say it was disappointing, the hotel was undergoing some renovation, i am not sure if this is the reason for the poor experience. The room's floor was dirty and had big stain in the middle. They offer room cleaning but it did not seemed like it was hoovered trough our stay, we stayed for 4 nights. They only made the beds, and the breakfast was 13 euros but it was less choices than last time. In overall, our experience it wasnt as positive as last time, therefore we are not intending to stay in this hotel in the future. The only convenience it was the free parking, the main reason why i booked.

The hotel was 10 min walk to station. The room was very very small that we coukd not put our carry on suitcases. No table. No coffe. Not even a bottle of water. The staff was kind and nice. But the hotel itself not a welcoming hotel. The beds were clean but not comfortable. The washroom was smelly. Clean towels but small shower. Next time I'll find a better place. Not B&B

Ich war eine Nacht mit meiner Freundin dort. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, bis auf die Tatsache das der Aufzug defekt war. Da meine Freundin nicht gut laufen kann, war es für sie schon problematisch die Treppen mit Gepäck zu hichzugehen

Es war eigentlich soweit gut. Für eine Nacht als Business oder Städtetrip Hotel vollkommen in ordnung denke ich. Frühstück war da, es hat auch geschmeckt, Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Nichts kaputt, keine flecken. Klar es ginge bei allen Punkten etwas besser, aber das bezahlt man dann vielleicht und es ist halt ein B&B und kein Hilton. Einzig der Geruch im Zimmer/Bad war etwas merkwürdig. Es war jetzt kein Gully gestank, aber irgendwie komisch, vielleicht das Raumspray oder Putzmittel, keine Ahnung. Klima ging auf alle fälle und auf Aus hörte man sie auch nachts nicht. Super anbinundg zur SBahn. Köln Arcaden auch Fußläufig (5min). Top

Sistema de ar condicionado deficiente

O hotel é bom, porém o item que desagradou foi o sistema de climatização do quarto. O sistema Split não funcionou, e ficamos num misto de corpo com calor extremo pelas cobertas e braços congelados pela baixa temperatura ambiental, o que dificultou muito um sono continuo e relaxante.
