Wonderful hotel!! Very clean and spacious rooms, luxurious linens, great delicious breakfast. Kind and helpful staff at the front desk. They actually did our laundry for us and put it in our room ( great after 3 of us traveling!— unbelievable!). Stay here!! Great location and everything walking distance! Loved it!!!!

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Traditional exterior but fully modernized. Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Only negative was that the restaurant was closed. Hopefully it will reopen soon.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. We arrived in Bamberg on Sunday morning (well before check-in) and were able to store our luggage and we were also given a map of Old Town and a list of cafes that we could visit while we waited for our check-in time. The room was lovely and spacious, and the air conditioning was a nice surprise (and very welcome with the unusually warm weather. The breakfast was also great with lots of choices and a large, comfortable eating area (you could even eat outside in their garden area). And again I cannot say enough about the hotel staff - very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we are ever back in the area it will be my first choice.
