From the start of our stay to the finish all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. The restaurant was lovely. A great stay! The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance to the central rail and bus stations, as well as the old city and all major attractions. Location great. Amenities great. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. 1 star taken off as curtain didn’t cover entirety of window, no blackout blinds/curtains available to fit the gap. I need a dark room to sleep so not ideal, spoke to reception who couldn’t change my room as fully booked. Luckily I was only there 3 nights as 5-6 hours sleep a night is not sustainable. Really easy fix for hotel to apply too.

I knew that the room would be small when I booked, but it would have been helpful to have a couple shelves to place clothes, which would nor impact the dpave of the room. Only storage was a wood hook with a few hangers. These issues would not prevent me from booking again if I return to Stockholm.

Great hotel, great room, good value for the money. Very nice layout of the room. Lots of space for two people. Like the coffee table, the table with two chairs, the lay out of the bathroom, cool shower design. Appreciate the little extras; like the water bottles the toothbrushes and earplugs etc I think I’ll come again !

Incredible place

Can’t believe such incredible places I arrived there at late night, but the stuff still enthusiastic especially the room is comfortable and morning buffet with also perfect as well. Stockholm Citycentre is very small and you can walk from the hotel to everywhere you want. I also stressed my friend if he come to Stockholm, he should be booked this hotel. It’s worthwhile.
