Na primeira noite dormir num quarto sem ar condicionado. Troquei de quarto 2x e o ar não funcionava em nenhum deles, isso sem contar que o quarto só foi entregue dps das 18 h. Na manhã seguinte, dps de uma noite mal dormida ,por conta do calor, fui tomar um banho e o quarto alagou , o ralo do banheiro n funcionava e a água foi parar no corredor. Simplesmente um absurdo.

pessimo atendimento

Atendimento do chackin terrivel, mal educada a mulher que me atendeu. Outro grande problema, pedi um garfo e a recepcao falou q tinha q pedir no restaurante q era tercerizado e me cobraram 10 reis para usar o garfo. A recpcao fez descaso e so respondeu, o restanurante é tercerizado.
