「Do Not Disturb」の札をかけておいたのに、部屋に入られてました。ベッドメイキングはされてませんでしたが、エアコンの設定が変えられていたり、カーテンが開けられていたりと、明らかに誰かが入った形跡がありました。誰も入らないと思っていたため、スーツケースも開けっ放しだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。 それ以外は、立地も最高ですし、部屋も綺麗ですし、フロントの方も親切ですし、大満足です。

I’m a Japanese businessman and stayed here during a business trip. While the building is a bit old, the room was slightly more spacious than a typical Japanese business hotel and included a bathtub, which made for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—very close to the Opera area, making it a great base for getting around. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Convenient, Clean and helpful

It was a short stay overall we had a good experience. Reception was helpful with information. Be warned there are stairs to get up to reception, be prepared to carry them up. We had organised a Taxi with reception for early morning pickup to the airport the following morning. On that morning the Taxi was already 15 minutes late so reception let us know that he's organised another one. Very kind of them. Location is very convenient with lots of restaurants downstairs.
