Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.

This was our second stay at Occidental and it did not disappoint. We loved our time there. The food was very good. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They helped to make our stay enjoyable.
