They were very friendly when they greeted us when we arrived a bit earlier than check-in and our room wasn’t ready yet. They invited us to have a mini massage which was nice then we got our hotel key bracelets and had to access to the pools. Our room had a nice view and we were able to pick the style of feather pillows we wanted firm or light. They also gave us scented incense and that we could pick the smell we wanted, which was a nice way to relax. We had dinner at their lounge restaurant, which was nice so we could enjoy the hockey game that was playing.

It has a non all inclusive option for those that don't want to just stay in the hotel the whole time. Its located in a great area roughly in the middle of Puerto Vallarta for those that want to explore the city like I did. I would have no issue staying here again.

Place is simple & clean, chill and easy going, pool staff (especially Paul & Jorge) were friendly and they made sure we had what we needed …and bonus we made some amazing friends. Close to town and within walking distance to some amazing restaurants.
