We arrived via the Clipper, around 1130, and front desk was able to check us in. Room was very clean, spacious. All staff were very friendly, especially front desk and The Courtney Room. In my reservation I said that we were celebraring my birthday and my Mom's 80th and Alfonso gifted us with some rosé and some delicious caramel corn with a little birthday card to us both. WHEN I come back to Victoria I will definitely be staying here again

True gem in the heart of victoria
This was our first time staying here and it won’t be the last. Room was beautifully appointed and beds were very comfy. Perfect location, close to everything. The Courtney Room restaurant was exceptional and all staff we encountered were very invested in us having a wonderful stay. They really made us feel special.
