It’s 2:30 in the morning and I’m writing this email and I’ve had to complain to reception to to the noise of the people above us. They have been shouting and swearing since 10pm when they arrived back to their room. I have a 9 year old daughter and we both havnt slept since we went to bed at 9:30 pm. Absolute UNACCETPABLE

The hotel is in need of some refurbishment, the mattress on the bed was also quite worn. The staff are super friendly we couldn’t fault them at all. If you want a cheap hotel for the night then this should be ok !

A friend and I had a lovely stay at this Westcliff Hotel having enjoyed an evening at the theatre nearby. Room had a sea view, twin beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, bar service was good, staff lovely and friendly. Bedding and towels were clean, toiletries were provided, walk in shower nice and hot. Sadly though like a lot of our seaside hotels, it is very 'tired' and needs some refurbishment. Have stayed here before and would stay again - will remember my plug for charger next time as sockets not updated with USB connections!

Friendly staff and good location. Nearby restaurants and within walking distance of adventure island. The family room has two separate bedrooms which is great. Slight downsides is the room was a bit tired and had slight damp smell. Also there is no blind in bathroom although the glass is obscured you would be able to see through the window from the houses across the street at night.
