Very comfortable.

Very comfortable room, other than the ac which is not cool enough and not adjustable. Everything else about the hotel was great though, and the breakfasts are well worth it. Great location too, easy to get around.

Didn't have breakfast included. Room was clean but basic amenities. Only 4 hangers in closet, no iron or ironing board apart from having to coecr it from reception. Not clear when booking both the gym and the sauna have an additional daily cost.

This was a very nice modern clean hotel situated close to a metro stop. My only issues were that the front desk helps see minimal and at one point there were six people behind me online to check in. Also, when came in the front desk use their card to allow them in the elevator. It didn’t work and for 10 minutes they just went up and down and nowhere the right way. Perhaps the issue was that was the difficulty but it was frustrating to wait so long. At one point in the evening, I phoned the front desk and literally no one answered and I let it ring for over a minute. The coffee makers provided in the room they do not provide any kind of creamer. And while you can get some from the restaurant, it means you have to exit the hotel walk outside and around the building to get to where the restaurant is . Also, the shower is a beautiful porcelain that looks like slate, but I found the floor very slippery when wet and no grab bars for older people.

Bedbugs alert

Immediately I noticed that the room is not clean enough and I found a lot of hair on the bed and it was different types of it. I asked for changing the sheets, but all I got was one piece of sheet to lie on to fix for myself. In the night I woke up and felt itching in a few spots on my body. I had a few bites spread a bit on my arm and I recognised the bedbug pattern (unfortunately 2 years ago I learned the hard way exactly how it looks like and how my skin reacts to bedbug bites). In the reception I was told there shouldn't be a problem to get me a refund and even heard apologies, I just had to write an email with the photos of the bites that I showed. After second email that I sent, I got a message in German rejecting the refund inquiry because "they didnt find bedbugs in the room". I am just praying that I didn't bring it home now and had to at least warn people to make sure the room is clear of it before sleeping at Ocak hotel.

The rooms were mostly clean save for seeing the occasional silverfish. Bathroom fan ventilation was not optimal taking a while to air out, the design of the standing shower doors would sometimes leak water into the rest of the bath room. Otherwise very clean and well organized. Great location and amenities.

Jeg har boet på OCAK mange gange efterhånden og det er mit go-to hotel i området. Værelserne på hotellet er rene og pæne, alt fungerer upåklageligt og kaffemaskinen på værelset er dejlig at have. Check-in er fint og det nye self-service check-in, hvor man kan vælge værelse ved ankomst fungerer upåklageligt.

Hotel novo é confortável. Limpo. Ao lado de um shopping é uma estação de metrô, mto bom para se locomover em Berlim. Só achei o horário do check in muito tarde, às 14h. No mais, perfeito, com ótimo preço.

Personalet var mest opptatt av å hjelpe de som kunne tysk, vi som snakket engelsk måtte vente til tross for vi var først. Noen var hyggelig, andre ikke så hyggelig. Ble rengjort hver dag, glassene vi hadde ble bare skylt, ble ikke fyllt på med kaffe eller andre ting.

Trevligt rum med både dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng, soffa och fotöj plus en liten skrivbordshörna. Tyst och lugnt område och nära till kollektivtrafik Bra restauranger och cafeér i närområdet. Bra städning dagligen. Barnen älskade hotellrummet. Dock fungerade inte TV apparaterna, vi hade 2 men de fungerade inte och eftersom receptionen inte var dygnet runt bemannad var det lite krångligare att få det löst. Vi la ingen energi på det men förutom det så toppen hotell. Nästa gång vi är i Berlin kommer vi nog tillbaka till detta hotell 🙂

Ok Hotel

Beliggenheden omkring hotellet/gesundbrunnen kan godt være lidt sketchy, vi følte os ikke usikre på noget tidspunkt men stemningen kan godt være presset. Dog var det rart med de mange transportmuligheder med bla metro og tog lige ved døren. Rigtig godt til prisen men plads til forbedringer. Vores værelse lugtede rigtig meget af hash, et par timer med åbnet vindue så gik det væk. Værelset havde et par genstande fra tidligere gæster, det var ikke ryddet helt. Der var glasskår på badeværelset. Havde ellers ingen problemer, forholdsvis stille. Vi havde booket superior room - kan anbefales.

Mycket nöjd!

Mycket fräscht och modernt! Badrummet kändes nyrenoverat och väldigt bra, trevligt också med tvål från rituals :D sängen var asbra och rummet lagom stort. Kunde få städning varje dag om man så ville också. Skönt med AC också, och bra med kyl- och kassaskåp. Läget var bra då det var väldigt nära till både köpcentrum och tågstation, som går med direktanslutning från flygplatsen och till centrum. Läste på nätet att området var lite sådär men vi upplevde inte detta själva.
